We use several marketing methods to locate off-market homes that we can purchase and the training needed so that you can be successful!

The roles & responsibilities of this position include:
Taking inbound lead calls
Making outbound cold calls
Utilizing CRM to track performance
Working with the team to get transactions closed
Networking
Ongoing training

Let’s talk a little more about this position itself:
◼️ You will be following up with high-converting homeowners who NEED YOUR HELP in life’s largest transaction in selling a home. In this position, you are a problem solver who gets compensated very well for the value you add to all parties involved with selling a home in today’s market.
◼️ Prospecting potential homeowners that you can serve and deliver excellent value to through some of the most world-class software for outbound prospecting.
◼️ You will be meeting homeowners face to face at appointments to show them exactly why you are fit for their next chapter and ensure they can trust you when it comes to life’s largest transaction. You can also close transactions through the phone, if applicable.
◼️ You will have the luxury of using high-end software to build, and nurture, your database of homeowners who show interest in wanting to sell their home now or in the future.
◼️ We have set up our systems and processes to where you only focus on acquiring new leads, new deals, and making homeowners happy. Everything else is handled by other departments within the organization.
